Providing a memorable customer experience is a major challenge in the luxury hotel industry and in high-end service professions. Our service personalization training course enables participants to master the best practices for creating a highly privileged customer relationship that exceeds customer expectations. No prerequisites are necessary for this training. The objective is to adopt the communication techniques needed to personalize the relationship with the customer. The methods used will make it possible to evaluate the knowledge of luxury beforehand.

Our training sessions can range from a simple refresher on a specific topic to a more extensive workshop. They can be aimed at a limited number of participants or address all employees of an establishment. Therefore, the duration of the training depends on all these factors. However, regardless of the format, location, and participants, agility and adaptability are our common denominators. Since each request and each partner are unique, we rigorously adapt to your needs and objectives by tailoring our workshops to your brand standards, which we are also accustomed to building when they do not yet exist or deserve to be updated. Implementation dates can therefore vary and are agreed upon in consultation with you. We commit to being able to provide training within 2 months after the project is validated and its contractualization.

Participants are assessed through self-evaluation. The participant's attendance at the training and their evaluation will result in the issuance of a certificate of completion.
